Dr. Sandra Mashihi is an Organizational Psychologist, author, and keynote speaker with over 20 years of experience coaching and training leaders. She specializes in leadership development, executive presence, stress management, team building, and workplace relationships, driving high performance in teams across sectors, including Fortune 500 companies.
As the founder of Spectra Coaching, Dr. Mashihi leads a boutique consulting firm dedicated to optimizing organizational and leadership effectiveness. With a track record of helping leaders and teams reach peak performance, she delivers both one-on-one coaching and group programs focused on emotional intelligence, performance feedback, and emerging leadership.
Dr. Mashihi is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and the California School of Professional Psychology, teaching Leadership and Organizational Behavior to MBA and Doctoral students. She co-authored Clueless: Coaching People Who Just Don’t Get It and the award-winning article Evidence-Based Answers to 15 Questions on Leveraging 360-Degree Feedback. Her latest book, Performance Feedback Coaching Strategies (2025), highlights her deep expertise.
Dr. Mashihi earned her B.S. from UCLA and an M.S. and Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She advanced her coaching skills at the Coaches Training Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership and is ICF-certified. An active member of ATD and ICF, she frequently presents at professional conferences and serves as a Board Member for the City of Hope (25:5) Chapter. Based in Los Angeles with her family, she enjoys hiking, painting, and traveling.

Ronni Hendel-Giller is an Executive Coach, Organizational Consultant and Facilitator who supports leaders and organizations as they seek to increase their effectiveness and realize their full capacity. Ronni is a graduate of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and holds a Masters in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University. She is certified in delivering Hogan assessments, the Kaiser LVI and the suite of Barrett Values Centre Assessment tools.
Albert is a former head of a Training and Organizational Development Department for a small (1000 employee/ 100 Million + per year casino gaming company). As a coach and consultant Albert has worked with clients from industries including, Oil, Entertainment, Semi-Conductor, Automotive, Hospitality, and Education. He has consulted numerous small business owners and personally coached clients from all walks of life. Albert has experience working in Intensive Outpatient and Residential programs that specialize in dual diagnosis (mental health & addiction) populations.
